Only a tiny amount is required, usually less than a teaspoon, our collection kit includes a tiny spoon and bottle to collect a tiny amount and any unused ashes are always returned with your finished jewellery.

We will send you a collection pack with clear instructions after ordering. Ashes can be sent in a small, secure container (supplied with our kit). We handle every package with respect and care from the moment it arrives.

Yes. Many families choose memorial jewellery soon after a loss. We work gently and respectfully, and we’re here to guide you through the process at your own pace should you need us.
