Ordering Process

The easiest way to place your order is through our secure website, this will ensure that your order comes directly to us and we can proceed with it straight away. If you are ordering from our cremation ashes or hair range, then we will send out a pack to collect h ashes as soon as possible, this will have all that you need to collect the tiny amount of ashes or hair that we need and return them safely to us. If you are ordering from our Personalised engraving range then this can normally be uploaded online and if you are ordering from our fingerprint jewellery range and need putty, then this will be dispatched after you have placed your order. If you are ordering from our Engraved Photo range you can upload the photo with your order, if you have any issues doing this please email it to us directly at orders@borrowedmoments.co.uk don’t forget to include your order number so we can match it to your order.
