The easiest and safest way to order is directly through our secure website. This ensures your order comes straight to us so we can begin working on it right away.
Cremation Ashes or Hair Jewellery
Once your order is placed, we’ll send you a collection pack as soon as possible.
It includes everything you need to send us the tiny amount of ashes or hair required, along with clear instructions and secure packaging for returning them safely.
Personalised Engraving Jewellery
Most engraving files can be uploaded directly during checkout.
If you have any difficulty, you can email your file to orders@borrowedmoments.co.uk just include your order number so we can match it correctly.
Engraved Photo Jewellery
You can upload your photo when placing your order.
If you experience any issues, simply email the image to us with your order number and we’ll take care of the rest.

It’s absolutely stunning, I was a little wary of ordering as I wasn’t sure if it was something I could do. I asked my friend to do all the necessary bits for me. I was so impressed when my necklace arrived and love knowing my mum is with me wherever I go.
