designed to make the process of sending your loved one’s ashes or hair as
simple, clear and reassuring as possible.
The pack is available on a no-obligation basis. You can order one in advance, keep it safely at home, and send it back
whenever you feel ready.
Your pack will usually arrive within a few days of ordering.
What the collection pack is for:
The pack allows you to send us a
small amount of your loved one’s ashes or hair securely.
Every inclusion is handled with the
utmost care, dignity and respect. Any ashes or hair that are not used in your
jewellery will be returned to you with your finished piece.
Do I need to order a pack separately?
No you do not need to order a collection
pack in advance when purchasing jewellery, as one will automatically be sent to
you after your jewellery order is placed.
Some customers prefer to receive a
pack first so they can prepare everything in their own time. That is completely
fine, and there is no pressure to place a jewellery order until you are ready.
