How the Process Works

After you place your order, we will send clear instructions for sending a small amount of ashes to us safely. We only need a small amount of ash, and any unused ashes will be carefully returned with your finished necklace.

Once we receive the ashes, your necklace usually takes approximately 10 working days to create. We will keep you updated by email as your jewellery is made.

Please see other listings for our hair and fur collection. You can still choose the colour for your finished piece, and your keepsake will be made with the same care and attention.
