Important Ring Sizing Information

Please take extra care when choosing your ring size. Because each ashes heart signet ring is individually handmade using your loved one’s ashes, it cannot usually be resized once it has been made.

If a ring sizer option is available, we recommend using it before confirming your size. This helps make sure your finished keepsake is as comfortable as possible.

How the Process Works

After you place your order, we will send clear instructions for sending a small amount of ashes to us safely and a ring sizer if one is required. We only need a small amount of ash, and any unused ashes will be carefully returned with your finished ring.

Once we receive the ashes and your confirmed ring size, your ring will be handmade with care. We will keep you updated by email as your jewellery is created.
