Important Ring Sizing Information

Please take extra care when choosing your ring size. Because each keepsake ring is individually handmade, it cannot usually be resized once it has been made.

If a ring sizer option is available, we recommend using it before confirming your size. This helps make sure your finished keepsake is as comfortable as possible.

How the Process Works

After you place your order, we will send clear instructions for sending a small amount of hair or fur to us safely. Only a small amount is needed, and any unused hair will be carefully returned with your finished ring.

Once your hair arrives with us and your ring size has been confirmed, your ring will be handmade with care. We will keep you updated by email as your jewellery is created.

Your ring will be carefully packaged before dispatch. Standard UK mainland postage is included where shown on the product page. For other areas, a small subsidised postage charge may apply.
