After you place your order, we will send clear instructions for sending a small amount of ashes to us safely. We only need a small amount, and any unused ashes will be carefully returned with your finished necklace.

Your necklace will be carefully packaged before dispatch. Standard UK mainland postage is included where shown on the product page. For other areas, a small subsidised postage charge may apply.
