How the Process Works

After you place your order, we will send clear instructions and a small ashes collection bottle. We only need a very small amount of ashes, and any unused ashes will be carefully returned with your finished bracelet.

Once your ashes arrive with us, your bracelet usually takes approximately 10 working days to create. We will keep you updated by email as your jewellery is made.
