Care of Cremation Ashes Jewellery
Our cremation ash jewellery is designed and crafted with durability in mind. We make both glass and resin items and these need slightly different care but on the whole, general precautions should be followed to keep your jewellery in tip-top condition. Treat your cremation ash jewellery as you would any other precious jewellery item and take special care of it. Avoid exposure to cleaning products, perfumes or other everyday chemicals. Please remove before bathing or swimming to ensure no water damage and do not expose to extreme heat, remove when sunbathing too. The silver will tarnish but tarnish is not permanent and can be removed by rubbing with a silver polish cloth, this will need to be done periodically.
Your cremation jewellery carries a 12 month guarantee against any manufacturing faults.
Chains
Please remove your jewellery while engaging in any sporting activities, or manual work and also whilst you sleep to protect it from damage due to catching on anything. Unfortunately chains are not covered by our guarantee and can easily and cheaply be replaced if they get broken.

It’s absolutely stunning, I was a little wary of ordering as I wasn’t sure if it was something I could do. I asked my friend to do all the necessary bits for me. I was so impressed when my necklace arrived and love knowing my mum is with me wherever I go. Borrowed Moments made a necklace with my children's handprints on many years ago and so I felt I could trust them to take care of my Mum ash necklace for me. Excellent company, would definitely recommend them. They kept me fully informed throughout everything, letting me know when ashes had arrived with them and when it was ready and posted. Very pleased with result, it is so pretty.. My daughter also had a necklace made at the same time to keep her beloved dog close to her and she was very pleased with her necklace too.
