After placing your order, if required (and added to your order)then we will send you one of our special inkless wipe kits and instructions on how to capture your hand print,these are very simple to do and full instructions are given, once completed you then need to return these to us to enable us to begin creating your finished piece for you, which will take approx. 14 days, please allow extra time at very busy times of the year like Mother's Day and Christmas, every piece is unique and every detail that is captured will be replicated in your unique fine silver hand print jewellery.

Fine silver is softer than normal sterling silver and your finished jewellery will have slight bumps and imperfections in the finished piece, this is natural and to be expected and is part of the charm of having fine silver jewellery hand-made especially for you. These pieces are all made by hand and is not mass produced by a machine, each piece will be lovingly created by our specialist keepsake artists to the highest quality and will be unique to you as each is made from your individual hand print, making it totally unique to you. These pieces normally take up to 14 days to be completed after prints are received, so please order in plenty of time for any occasion and bear in mind that at very busy time i.e. Mother's Day and Christmas, we will be very busy and the lead time may be a little longer than normal, please place your orders early to ensure they are done in time for any special occasions.
