When placing your order, you can either upload your pet's paw prints if you already have nice clear ones, or simply add one of our FREE special ink-less wipe kits to your order and we will send this out to you first to capture the prints and return them to us, these are very simple to do and full instructions are given, once completed you then need to return these to us either by taking clear photos and sending them via email or post to enable us to begin creating your finished piece for you, which will take approx. 2 weeks from when we receive the prints, every detail that is captured will be replicated in your unique fine silver Paw print jewellery, so we need a high quality print to produce a high quality image of your print in the fine silver jewellery.

Fine silver is softer than normal sterling silver and your finished jewellery will have slight bumps and imperfections in the finished piece, this is natural and to be expected and is part of the charm of having fine silver jewellery hand-made especially for you. These pieces are all made by hand and is not mass produced by a machine, each piece will be lovingly created by our specialist keepsake artists to the highest quality and will be unique to you as each is made from your individual paw prints, making it totally unique to you. These pieces normally take up to 14 days to be completed, so please order in plenty of time for any occasion and bear in mind that at very busy times i.e. Christmas, we will be very busy and the lead time may be a little longer than normal, please place your orders early to ensure they are done in time for any special occasions.
