Delivery Information
We aim to dispatch all stock items within 24hrs once we have received cleared funds. We use a next day courier delivery service and also Royal mail dependant on the weight of the item & whether the item is being posted within mainland UK . You will receive an email to confirm the dispatch details of your goods within 24hrs of ordering (business working hours only) Our free postage offer refers to orders totalling over £50.00 UK mainland addresses only. Parcels must be sent as one parcel to one address only

Payment methods we accept:
- Payment can be made using all major credit & debit cards via Paypal
- Cheques or postal orders welcome, please make payable to “Borrowed Moments”
- Cash on collection. Collection is welcomed from our Torpoint office, see our full range before you buy, please call before you visit to get through the security doors and to ensure that we have all frames and colours available for your perusal.

Our free postage on orders over £50 is limited to U.K. Mainland only and we will send items by the most cost effective method, this will often mean that items are packed together in one larger package rather than several smaller ones

Our Courier will attempt delivery before 3pm, if there is no-one home they will leave a card for you to contact them for re-delivery or you can arrange to collect the item from them. It is helpful if you give us a contact telephone number so that if there are any problems with the courier delivering to you, they can contact you, deliveries are normally Mon—Fri except for public and bank holidays.

Ordering
We can accept orders from our web site, by phone, or email. No goods will be dispatched without full payment being made.
Our courier collection is between 09:00 and 10:00 hrs daily Mon - Fri (excluding bank & public holidays), depending on the time and payment of your order, for stock items with cleared funds, we will aim to dispatch your goods with the next available courier collection.

Item No Longer Required
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and we believe that you will be, we take great care to ensure that our descriptions are correct and complete; however, occasionally you may wish to return an item or cancel an order. We adhere to the U.K. Distance selling regulations 2000 which state that you have a right to cancel within 7 days of receipt of your item. In the unlikely event you decide you do not want the item, we will accept it back for a refund, you should E-mail the returns department for a returns number before sending, quoting your order number and which product you wish to return: returns @ borrowedmoments.co.uk The item must be returned in its original condition with original receipt of purchase, the customer is responsible for the return of the item, no shipping charges will be refunded.
Do not return goods until you have sent us an e-mail or telephoned us and been given your returns reference number. You may return any ‘off-the-shelf' item to us for a full refund (excluding delivery charges) within 7 working days from the day following delivery, providing the item when we receive it is as new, it must be unused & in its undamaged, original packaging, suitable for resale. The customer is responsible for the postage costs incurred when returning an item to us, all goods returned must be accompanied by your proof of purchase, we suggest you send items via a traceable delivery, to ensure their safe return (Borrowed Moments cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the post). Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns of our bespoke items unless they are faulty or incorrect.

Returns
Goods damaged on arrival
In the unlikely event of the item being damaged on receipt of delivery, please ensure the item is signed for as damaged. Contact us as soon as possible by phone or e-mail. 01752 815444 or returns @ borrowedmoments.co.uk we will give you a returns number for you to return the item to us, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt of damaged item. Once damaged item has been returned and assessed, your replacement item will be sent out.

Missing Parts / Wrong Item
If you have received the wrong item by mistake we will of course replace the missing part / kit as required, all missing / incorrect parts, this must be notified within 7 days of receipt.
