Failure to do so means we will be unable to refund your delivery costs which you will still be liable for. Signing for a parcel means that you are signing to say that the goods have been received in good order so please check all courier items immediately.
We aim to dispatch all stock items that have cleared funds by 2pm that same day. Delivery services used are next day Courier or Royal Mail, depending on the cost of the items you have purchased, whether you are resident in mainland UK and what delivery service you choose. We will send an email to the address you supply confirming dispatch when the item is sent, so please check your spam box.
If you choose a delivery service that is not available to your delivery address, we reserve the right to charge you the correct postage charge when processing your order, no goods will be dispatched until the correct postage charge is made
